1、土建結(jié)構(gòu)要求低。液壓電梯無需機(jī)房，只需一面承重墻，高度2600mm以上就可以安裝，底坑也可以做到很淺，100mm，由于液壓家用電梯對土建要求低的優(yōu)勢，在十五年前引入國內(nèi)時迅速占領(lǐng)了大部分家用電梯市場。

2、不會超速失控。不會發(fā)生沖頂、蹲底的情況，只要機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理，安裝可靠，液壓式電梯的系數(shù)比較高，而且液壓電梯可以利用后備電池，來實(shí)現(xiàn)困人自救功能，在電梯故障或停電困人的時候，按下轎廂內(nèi)部的應(yīng)急按鈕，接通泄油閥門電路后的液壓油慢慢回到油箱后，電梯靠自重慢慢下降。

As long as the mechanical structure is designed reasonably and installed reliably, the safety factor of the hydraulic elevator is relatively high, and the hydraulic elevator can use the backup battery to realize the rescue function of trapped people. 3、節(jié)約建筑空間。相比曳引式電梯有對重，液壓式電梯沒有對重，只有兩根軌道。所以比較節(jié)省建筑空間。樓梯口位置1100*1100就可以安裝。

1、有一定的電機(jī)噪音。電梯在啟動上行時，電機(jī)和油泵工作時機(jī)械音會聽的很清楚，形成噪音污染。

2. Hydraulic oil will leak. After the service life of the cylinder piston expires, or there is wear, the hydraulic oil will leak into the shaft, which is troublesome to repair and clean, and is not conducive to environmental protection.

3、隱患。受制于液壓的特性，長時間不用，會下沉造成不平層，給輪椅和老人進(jìn)出轎廂造成隱患。同時液壓油的粘稠度會因為溫度的差異而變化（特別是北方地區(qū)更加明顯），對電梯運(yùn)行的效率和舒適度、性造成影響。

3. Potential safety hazard. Due to the characteristics of hydraulic pressure, if it is not used for a long time, it will sink and cause uneven layers, which will cause safety hazards for wheelchair and elderly to enter and leave the car.
