然而在使用過程中會由于操作使用不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致升降機經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)一些故障，今天升降機生產(chǎn)廠家就日常經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的幾種故障講解一些應(yīng)急處理方法。

一、鋼繩斷裂—有些客戶在剛投入使用升降機中沒有一個準(zhǔn)確的把握，一開始都是想運輸什么就運輸什么，忽略了機器本身超載負荷的問題，這就會導(dǎo)致升降機在長時間使用過程中造成鋼繩不斷的斷裂，因為鋼繩都是由幾十條鋼絲纏繞而成的，正常使用的情況下是不會一次性全部斷裂，隨著使用期限的增長磨損都是循序漸進的，所以升降機廠家提醒大家在使用過程中一定要考慮機器的負荷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以免使用中因超載負荷產(chǎn)生隱患。

1、 Broken steel rope - some customers do not have an accurate grasp of the elevator when it is just put into use. 二、齒輪打滑—這個問題也是廣大客戶在使用過程中經(jīng)常見到的情況，如果懂機械的人就會用較老的方法，向齒輪之間撒一把干土，這樣就能夠增加齒輪的摩擦力。齒輪打滑原因就是物體太重，齒輪的力度無法提起物體的重力，這就很容易導(dǎo)致齒輪打滑，我們也可以找一個稍微大一點的齒輪替換就可以輕松解決齒輪打滑問題。

2、 Gear slip - this problem is often seen by customers in the process of use. If people who understand machinery will use the older method to sprinkle a handful of dry soil between the gears, which can increase the friction of the gears. The reason for gear slip is that the object is too heavy, and the strength of the gear can not lift the gravity of the object, which can easily lead to gear slip. 三、電源跳閘—使用升降機的時候也經(jīng)常遇見電源跳閘的事情，這是因為升降機在工作的時候需要消耗很強的電壓，如果達不到工程用電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，就會出現(xiàn)電源跳閘情況。所以在我們在安裝使用前應(yīng)該重新引出一條線路供設(shè)備用電使用，這樣就不會出現(xiàn)跳閘的情況，如果嚴(yán)重的話就不是跳閘那么簡單了，很可能把整個線路燒壞，所以升降機廠家提醒大家一定要注意日常細節(jié)。

3、 Power trip - power trip is often encountered when using the elevator. This is because the elevator needs to consume a strong voltage when working. If it fails to meet the engineering power consumption standard, power trip will occur. Therefore, we should re lead out a line for standby power before installation and use, so that there will be no tripping.
