在車站、酒店、碼頭以及工地作業(yè)等作業(yè)中，很多時候都會使用到自行剪叉式升降平臺。

剪叉式升降平臺在日常的使用中，應(yīng)安排專人負(fù)責(zé)正常的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)。在保養(yǎng)剪叉式升降平臺的時候應(yīng)注意以下幾點：

In daily use, a dedicated person should be arranged to be responsible for the normal maintenance and upkeep of the scissor fork lifting platform. When maintaining the scissor lift platform, the following points should be noted:

1.正常工作前要檢查電瓶是否有電，電路控制系統(tǒng)的好壞，該產(chǎn)品的主結(jié)構(gòu)是否有變化以及銷軸的轉(zhuǎn)動有無異常。

Before normal operation, first check whether the battery is charged, whether the circuit control system is good or bad, whether there are changes in the main structure of the product, and whether the rotation of the pin shaft is abnormal.

2.使用完畢后，放回原位應(yīng)及時充電，保證電瓶的電量。

2. After use, it should be promptly charged when placed back in its original position to ensure the battery's power.

3.如果不經(jīng)常使用升降平臺，應(yīng)每隔十五天檢查一下電瓶液是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，檢查電瓶是否有電，應(yīng)定時充電。電時要檢查一下電瓶水，若小于20ml，既需加水。

3. If the lifting platform is not frequently used, the battery liquid should be checked every fifteen days to ensure it meets the standards, and the battery should be charged regularly. When using electricity, check the battery water. If it is less than 20ml, add water.

4.應(yīng)定期為產(chǎn)品的轉(zhuǎn)動銷軸加注潤滑油，以保證產(chǎn)品的正常升降，定期對液壓油油位及油質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢查，以便掌握油量的多少及舉升動力。

4. The rotating pin shaft of the product should be regularly filled with lubricating oil to ensure normal lifting and lowering of the product. The hydraulic oil level and quality should be checked regularly to understand the amount of oil and the lifting power.
