拆卸液壓貨梯液壓油箱加油蓋、濾清器蓋、檢測(cè)孔、液壓油管等部位，造成系統(tǒng)油道暴露時(shí)要避開(kāi)揚(yáng)塵，拆卸部位要先徹底清潔后才能打開(kāi)。如拆卸液壓油箱加油蓋時(shí)，先除去油箱蓋四周的泥土，擰松油箱蓋后，殘留在接合部位的雜物(不能用水沖洗以免水滲入油箱)，確認(rèn)清潔后才能打開(kāi)油箱蓋。如需使用擦拭材料和鐵錘時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇不掉纖維雜質(zhì)的擦拭材料和擊打面附著橡膠的專用鐵錘。

Remove the hydraulic oil tank filler cap, filter cap, inspection hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts of the hydraulic cargo elevator. When the system oil passage is exposed, avoid dust. The removed parts must be thoroughly cleaned before opening. For example, when removing the hydraulic tank filler cap, remove the mud around the tank cap first, loosen the tank cap, remove the debris left at the joint (do not flush with water to prevent water from seeping into the tank), and open the tank cap only after confirming that it is clean. If it is necessary to use wiping materials and hammers, the wiping materials that do not remove fiber impurities and the special hammers with rubber attached to the striking surface should be selected.

液壓元件、液壓膠管要認(rèn)真清洗，用高壓風(fēng)吹干后組裝。選用包裝完好的濾芯(內(nèi)包裝損壞，雖然濾芯完好，也可能不潔)。換油時(shí)同時(shí)清洗濾清器，安裝濾芯前應(yīng)用擦拭材料認(rèn)真清潔濾清器殼內(nèi)底部污物。

The hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses shall be carefully cleaned and dried with high pressure air before assembly. Select the filter element with intact packaging (the inner packaging is damaged, although the filter element is intact, it may also be dirty). Clean the filter at the same time when changing the oil, and carefully clean the dirt at the bottom of the filter housing with wiping materials before installing the filter element.

重要的一點(diǎn)是，清洗油必須使用與系統(tǒng)所用牌號(hào)相同的液壓油，油溫在45～80℃之間，用大流量盡可能將系統(tǒng)中雜質(zhì)帶走。液壓系統(tǒng)要反復(fù)清洗三次以上，每次清洗完后，趁油熱時(shí)將其全部放出系統(tǒng)。清洗完畢再清洗濾清器、更換新濾芯后加注新油。

It is important to use hydraulic oil with the same brand as the system for cleaning oil. The oil temperature is between 45 and 80 ℃. The impurities in the system should be removed as much as possible with large flow. The hydraulic system shall be cleaned repeatedly for more than three times. After each cleaning, all the hydraulic system shall be drained when the oil is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter and replace the filter element with new oil.
