三、使用方法及注意事項

（1）工作前，排除設(shè)備周圍和下方的障礙物。

（2）導軌式升降貨梯升降時，下方不得站人。

（3）嚴禁超載工作更不允許。

(3) Overloading is strictly prohibited, let alone allowed.    

（4）升降過程中隨時觀察升降貨梯平臺是否同步，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，及時停機，檢查并排除故障后方能投入使用。

四、維護與保養(yǎng)

4、 Maintenance and service

（1）導軌式升降貨梯操作人員須經(jīng)培訓方可上崗位操作

（2）保險齒條及上下滑塊等移動部位，每月加一次潤滑脂。

(2) Grease the moving parts such as the safety rack and the upper and lower sliders once a month.     

（3）本機所有轉(zhuǎn)動部位，每周用機油壺加機油一次。

(3) Add oil to all rotating parts of the machine once a week with an oil kettle.    

（4）每年定期更換一次液壓油，油位應(yīng)長期保持上限。

(4) Replace the hydraulic oil regularly every year, and the oil level should be kept at the upper limit for a long time. 

（5）非維修人員嚴禁私自維修和改裝電路以防觸電發(fā)生危險。
