（1）短路；發(fā)生短路故障時(shí)，線路中的電流增加為正常時(shí)的幾倍，產(chǎn)生的熱量與電流成正比。

（3）接觸不良；各種接觸器觸點(diǎn)沒有足夠壓力或接觸面粗糙不平，均會(huì)導(dǎo)致觸頭過熱。

（4）散熱不良；電阻器安裝不合理或使用時(shí)損壞、變形，熱量積蓄過高。
