一、日常保養(yǎng)

1、 Daily maintenance

升降機(jī)在保養(yǎng)時(shí)，如果需要人員進(jìn)入到平臺內(nèi)部，一定要吊住升降機(jī)或撐起維修支撐，防止升降機(jī)突然下降而造成人員傷亡。

1.注意檢查滾輪、中間軸及軸承；油缸銷軸及軸承；臂架銷軸及軸承等部件的潤滑度和磨損情況；

2.對上述各部件加注潤滑油。延長軸承的使用壽命；

3. Check the oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil level shall be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the oil tank when the elevator rises to high. When the hydraulic oil has the following conditions: the oil color becomes dark, the oil is sticky, or there are foreign matters such as gravel in the oil, the hydraulic oil must be replaced in time. The hydraulic system of general elevator adopts 32# hydraulic oil;

二、半年維護(hù)保養(yǎng)

2、 Half year maintenance

1.注意檢查液壓管道和接頭。油管不得破損，接頭不得松動；

1. Pay attention to check the hydraulic pipes and joints. The oil pipe shall not be damaged and the joint shall not be loose;

2.注意檢查回油節(jié)流閥。在拆卸下回油節(jié)流閥后，要用壓縮空氣將柱塞吹凈、用油洗凈后，再重新安裝。

2. Check the oil return throttle valve. After removing the oil return throttle valve, blow the plunger with compressed air and wash it with oil before reinstalling it.

三、年終保養(yǎng)

3、 Year end maintenance

1.注意檢查液壓和管道的連接部位。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)管道有破損應(yīng)立即更換；連接部位有松動時(shí)應(yīng)注意擰緊管接頭；

1. Pay attention to check the connecting parts of hydraulic and pipeline. If the pipeline is found damaged, it shall be replaced immediately; When the connecting part is loose, pay attention to tightening the pipe joint;

2.卸下并拆開下降閥進(jìn)行檢查，用壓縮空氣將閥芯吹凈后重新裝上；

3.把油箱中的液壓油全部放凈后打開油箱，取出內(nèi)部的吸油過濾器進(jìn)行清洗，洗凈后放回油箱，按照原位進(jìn)行安裝，油箱中重新注滿新的液壓油即可。
